Gaslight Building
The Gaslight in Fitzrovia, W1 is a mixed-use commercial development created within the shell of a handsome Art Deco building.
Its robust industrial setting has been reconfigured, refurbished and extended – transforming the building into a contemporary workspace and increasing the net lettable volume by more than 75%, from 10,000 to 18,500 sqft. This project set a benchmark for Fitzrovia’s office market, securing a 10 year pre-let to an international tenant and achieving an unprecedented sale value 25% above market yield.
